Troy began his career in commercial real estate in 2003 at Coldwell Banker Commercial, NRT. He formed a successful partnership with his father Doug Scheel in 2007 specializing in land, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties. In 2013 Troy opened the Southern Utah office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors/Colliers International. Since that time, Troy has been involved with most of the major developers and projects in the area.
Troy’s work ethics and abilities have proven him to be an expert in helping his clients; whether selling, buying or leasing their properties. Troy’s determination to build trust with his clients, understand their needs, and act in their best interest has been profitable in making long term relationships. His integrity, honesty, and desire to succeed have provided him the opportunity to work with many local and national companies. Since moving to the St. George area Troy has helped procure some large companies that have invested millions of dollars in the market. Creating jobs and bringing new business to the area.
