Steve was born in Houston, TX and raised in Billings. He is a graduate of Kansas State University and holds a Master’s Degree in Regional and Community Planning. He is married with 3 children and loves spending time with family and friends enjoying everything that Montana has to offer.

Steve specializes in Investment, Retail, and Land markets. He has 14 years of experience in real estate, due diligence and entitlements, site location, as well as economic and community development. After graduation from K-State, Steve was employed with the local Economic Development organization as well as local governments. This provided valuable insight into the regulatory process as well as solid relationships in those fields. After these postings he founded a consulting business to serve clients with economic development and urban planning services. Shortly thereafter he branched out into site location, due diligence, and entitlement work. He pursued licensure to better serve and fully represent clients throughout the development and project delivery process. Steve brings a unique and diverse background to provide client focused services in the commercial real estate industry.  His ability to advise his clients and colleagues with the best information when they need it adds value to their transactions.

Steve is active in local and state trade associations, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is pursuing the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
