Matthew Porter has been serving the commercial real estate industry for the past 7 years specializing in gas stations and retail investment sales.
Matthew graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration from Utah State University and shortly after was introduced to the real estate industry. Finding a passion for commercial real estate, Matthew’s career has included representation of purchasers and sellers, owner/user, and sale-leasebacks. Matthew has closed properties across the United States with a strong emphasis in Utah and the mountain west region. Matthew has closed numerous properties of which include noteworthy tenants such as Chevron, Arby’s, Sinclair, McDonald’s, Exxon, 7-Eleven, Burger King, Hobby Lobby, Big 5, Ashley Furniture, Kroger, Family Dollar, and more.
Matthew’s strong work ethic came at a young age where he grew up working on a farm in Idaho. Determination and persistence are just a few of the many qualities that Matthew provides to his clients.

Matthew is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed real estate broker in the states of Utah and Idaho. In 2018 he earned a number of awards including the National Achievement Award, Top Retail Agent at Marcus & Millichap, and was a finalist for the CCIM Retail Broker Excellence Award.
In Matthew’s down time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, adventuring in the outdoors with RZR rides, snowbiking, and camping.
