Jeff’s areas of focus involve retail/restaurant tenant representation and consulting, landlord/developer representation and consulting, retail shopping center investment and land sales. Jeff has had the opportunity to work in representing such Tenants as 7-11, 7Leaves Cafe, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, Burlington Stores, Capital One Café, Corner Bakery Café, Domino’s, Donut Bar, Firehouse Subs, Fleming’s Restaurant Group, Jack in the Box, Floyd’s 99, Goodyear, Griddlecakes, Nacho Daddy, Natural Grocers, Mars Retail Group, Skechers, SkinnyFats, Snooze, Verizon, Vesta Coffee Roasters and The Vitamin Shoppe.
