Prior to 1992 Chris developed, leased and managed shopping center projects for a local Utah developer Tate/Brubaker. Chris is involved in many organizations and holds several professional designations that keep him abreast of up-to-date real estate information to better serve his clients. Organizations include the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute where he has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation since 1997. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he has served in the recent past as the Intermountain Retail Chairman. Chris is a past member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where he earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1991.
