As a recent addition to the Mountain West team, Chad manages data as the Director of Research and GIS.  In this role, he gathers, manages, and analyzes the real estate market information in the proprietary Mountain West software system.  This provides excellent location intelligence and decision-making capabilities to both brokers and clients, leading to finding and closing more successful deals.

During his collegiate years, Chad studied both music and design, and used his natural love for analysis and eye for design as a mapping specialist at CBRE in San Diego after graduation.  He moved to the Salt Lake City, Utah, and then the Tempe, Arizona, offices of CBRE, before working with Staubach Retail West and Velocity Retail, providing more sophisticated mapping, research, and media tools to brokers whose clients spanned the country.  In 2011, he moved his family to Texas to take over the research and marketing program of The Woodmont Company in Fort Worth.  The broad toolset of mapping systems (MapInfo, ArcGIS, QGIS), marketing knowledge (Adobe CS, email marketing), and presentation delivery (trade shows, training, team management) are concerted resources developed over 18 years of real estate experience.

Chad still loves playing music, and has performed with the Millennial Choirs and Orchestras.  He enjoys camping in the outdoors with his family, traveling, and watching movies.
