Brandon is ranked in the top five retail investment agents for Utah on Costar and is a top 10 agent at Mountain West Commercial. Brandon is focused primarily on retail shopping center investments throughout the Intermountain West and has experience with multi-family, industrial, mobile home parks, and undeveloped land. In 2018, Brandon helped to start and currently runs the Investment Division at Mountain West Commercial. He has played a pivotal role in growing it into the dominant retail investment firm in Utah. Brandon has helped list and sell over 70+ commercial investment properties since 2015, with a total transaction value of over $540 million. In 2020, he successfully listed and closed on $214 million of commercial investment properties during the worst pandemic in history.

Brandon has excellent problem-solving skills, and his creativity has helped to close some of the most challenging transactions successfully. His ability to process information and create in-depth cash flow analyses allows his clients to make informed decisions. Brandon dedicates himself to providing his clients with the highest level of service on every deal. He is a master of excel and enjoys creating dynamic investment models for all of his clients.

Before joining Mountain West Commercial, he worked for Marcus and Millichap, specializing in single-tenant net-leased investments. Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction & Facilities Management from Brigham Young University and is in the process of earning his CCIM designation. Brandon has been happily married to his wife Emily for five years, and they have one little boy. Brandon enjoys playing golf, grilling up tasty smoked BBQ on his Traeger, and driving fast cars in his spare time.
