Brandon Goodman assists buyers and sellers in the disposition and acquisitions of commercial investment properties throughout the Western United States.  Brandon has experience with retail, industrial, multi-family, and undeveloped land.  Brandon has helped list and sell over $500 million in investment product since 2015.  Brandon and his team were able to close on over $250 million in investment transactions in 2019.  Brandon primarily helps with investment sales, but has experience with leasing, landlord-rep, tenant-rep, and new ground-up development.

Currently, Brandon oversees the Investment Division at Mountain West Commercial. His role has played a pivotal part in helping the investment division grow to become one of the dominate investment firms in Utah.

History
Brandon Goodman started with Mountain West Commercial in 2016 as a retail specialist with the Monson/Palmer team in Salt Lake City. Prior to joining Mountain West Commercial, Brandon worked for Marcus & Millichap’s Salt Lake City Office specializing in both multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investments. During his time there he developed his investment skills by learning how to underwrite, exclusively market, and sell retail investment properties.

Brandon graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) with a degree in construction and facilities management with an emphasis in property management. While at BYU, Brandon participated in several national and local development competitions. His experience in retail investments, construction, and property management has proven to be a valuable contribution to his team.
