Andrew’s passion for real estate began at a very young age while spending time at his father’s land development office; there he was introduced to many aspects of the deal-making process: such as raising money/structuring syndications, contract negotiation, zoning, entitlement, and development.

While in college, Andrew worked as a junior analyst for a local investment group that purchased, rehabbed, and sold 80 foreclosed single family homes with a total disposition value of $20,000,000. In 2012, he joined a boutique commercial real estate firm where he was introduced to retail real estate and worked on roll-out assignments for companies such as Natural Grocers, Corner Bakery Café, and MTY Group. After graduating college, Andrew completed nearly $50,000,000 in sale and lease transactions over a 36-month period.

Andrew’s core focus is retail real estate and is currently active in landlord/developer representation, tenant representation, and investment sales. Andrew is also engaged in land sales for a select group of developers, owner/users, and investors. A partial list of clients include: Remington Nevada, Sarofim Realty Advisors, Crow Holdings, RA Centers, Terrible Herbst, Superior Tire – Goodyear, KFC, Corner Bakery Café, Dairy Queen, MTY Group, and Natural Grocers.

Andrew graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. His personal interests include traveling and spending time with family and friends.
