The property consists of a perfect mixture of retail and office tenants that include food, medical, and services like Farmers Insurance Group, Petrone’s Pazzo Vita Deli, and Warm Family Dentistry.
Michelle Doong, CCIM, MW Broker, said, “When we took over this property it was only 30% leased; at one point we were able to get the center to 90% leased and now sold. The close was uncertain with the reality of the COVID-19 pandemic and the buyer being unsure of what the future would look like, however, we were able to alleviate any uncertainty and make this close happen! We learned quite a bit from this deal and can say that the seller was happy with the transaction. We had the opportunity to be creative with the deal structure and work with multiple buyers.”
