Sandra Holman

Team Manager

Sandra Holman is the Team Manager for the retail team of Monson/Palmer/Blomquist, consistent leaders at Mountain West Commercial, affiliate of NAI WEST. Sandra started in real estate in 2004 and has since been involved in both residential and commercial brokerages previously in Utah County.

As an office administrator for a residential brokerage in Provo, Sandra’s organizational skills served over 70 agents as well as maintaining general office management. Becoming well versed in the real estate industry and transaction management, Sandra moved on to commercial real estate as an office administrator for CB Richard Ellis where she managed their Utah County office serving a dozen agents. 

Following more than two years with CBRE, Sandra was offered a position with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as an office administrator in their Orem, Utah office where she managed the Utah County transactions and assisted agents in preparing listing presentations and other marketing materials.

Prior to relocating to Utah from Oregon, Sandra acquired several years experience as an administrative assistant at a title and escrow company where her organizational skills and keen attention to detail prepared her for assisting the Monson/Palmer/Blomquist team with accuracy and professionalism, supporting the team’s efficiency and success.
