Robert Sweeney

Retail Specialist

Rob Sweeney oversees the BOSH Retail Team for Mountain West Retail Investment. The BOSH Team is comprised of Chris Hatch (Sr. Retail Agent), Jake Olson (Sr. Retail Agent), Brian Klewicki (Jr. Retail Associate), and Robert Sweeney (Team Manager). Robert’s duties include but are not limited to the following, acting as client liaison, assisting in lease negotiations, providing property research, providing property level marketing, and handles team administrative responsibilities. 

Robert has been an active participant in the commercial real estate community for the past ten years. Prior to joining Mountain West Retail Investment Robert was an Asset manager for Pennbridge Capital, a small real estate boutique focusing on the purchase of institutional quality real estate for its accredited investors. Preceding Pennbridge Capital Robert spent six years working for NAI WEST Commercial Real Estate within three different divisions. During his tenure at NAI, Robert was Assistant Controller working on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly fi nancial statements. After being promoted to property management, Robert managed over a million square feet of retail, offi ce and industrial real estate. Robert was then pleased to join one of NAI's top producing brokerage teams. As an Account Manager, he assisted clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations throughout the country.

Robert's diverse real estate background and understanding of commercial properties makes him a valuable member of the BOSH team. Robert graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Utah.
