Patrick began his commercial real estate career in 1999 experiencing, in detail, all facets of commercial real estate sales, leasing and development. His broad knowledge and experience enhances his emphasis in multi-family and commercial investments sales, providing clients with a clear vision on all factors of their real estate investment purchase.
A sound expertise in contract negotiation, investment-property valuation and real estate marketing strategies, has established Patrick as a significant producer of investment sales. Combined with a vigilant and client-loyal work ethic, Patrick aids investors in accomplishing their real estate goals, providing certain satisfaction.
Patrick moved to Utah from Southern California to attend the University of Utah, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. He is a CCIM designee and an active member of the Utah Apartment Association. In addition, he greatly enjoys his family and their outdoor recreational lifestyle in Salt Lake City, Utah.
