Nichole Poelman

Executive Assistant

Nichole Poelman joined the Mountain West Retail-Investment group in 2010, bringing with her years of experience in office management, business management, property management, marketing, and real-estate. 

Nichole began her career in the real-estate industry in 1997 as a property management assistant with Pentalon Management, where she gained valuable experience showcasing and marketing properties, as well as developing key office management skills. In 1998, Nichole began working as a real-estate assistant for GMAC Real-Estate, where she acted as a client-relatons and problem-resolution contact and a marketing and property listing coordinator. Most recently, Nichole has worked as a retail business manager where her leadersip skills and creative intuition have been polished and proven.

Nichole is excited to have entered the commercial real-estate arena as Mountain West's Executive Assistant. Her industry experience has already proven an asset to Mountain West Retail-Investment as she assists a successful team of retail and investment specialists, coordinating, managing and analyzing databases, and participating in market research. Nichole is an integral part of the Mountain West team. Her knowledge and experience paired with her excellent communication and interpersonal skills are heavily relied upon to keep the office running in a productive and efficient manner.
