Kim Gardner

Retail Assistant

Kim Gardner is part of Hatch & Mills team of Mountain West Retail-Investment. Kim began her real estate career in 2009, working as a Short Sale Negotiator.  She joined the Mountain West Retail-Investment group in 2011, bringing with her years of experience in office management, marketing, and real estate. 

She attended the University of Utah. Kim is excited to work in the  commercial real estate industry.  She is an integral part of the Mountain West Retail-Investment team. Her knowledge and experience paired with her excellent communication and results-driven attitude keep the team running in a productive and efficient manner.
