As a member of the retail team at Mountain West Retail-Investment in Salt Lake City and Virtus Commercial in Las Vegas, Jeff is able to provide exceptional regional expertise for clients in the Intermountain Region specificially Utah and Nevada. 

Jeff's areas of focus encompass: retail/restaurant tenant representation and consulting, landlord/developer representation, retail shopping center investment and land sales. Jeff has had the opportunity to work in representing such tenants as 7-11, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, Firehouse Subs, Fleming's Restaurant Group, Gino's East, Mars Retail Group, Smashburger, Sketchers, Twin Peaks, SNAP Fitness, Wal-Mart and Z'Tejas.

Jeff's background in finance, industry experience and a strong analytical ability allow him to aid clients in assessing complex real estate decisions. Jeff is able to build and maintain trust with his clients, by intimately understanding their needs, demonstrating his unfaltering commitment to act in their best interest and above all his tenacious work ethic. Jeff's personal motto is the Latin phrase, "nil nisi optimum" or "nothing but the best" and he is committed to develop real estate solutions that adhere to this motto.

Jeff has previous experience as an Asset Portfolio Specialist working with Bonneville Mortgage Company / Q-10 Capital, a commercial mortgage-banking firm and with prior experience on a tenant services team at CB Richard Ellis in Salt Lake City and most recently a Senior Retail specialist at Commerce CRG/Cushman &Wakefield.

Jeff is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a designated Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS). Jeff is a candidate in the CCIM Institute Southern Nevada Chapter. Jeff holds real estate licenses in Utah and Nevada.
