Chad Moore, Mountain West’s top producing broker, co-founder and managing principal demonstrates the energy, enthusiasm, and exacting detail that is vital to clients in today’s ever-changing market. Chad started his career in commercial real estate in 1998 mentoring under the top brokers, developers and investors of that era. Since then Chad has been directly involved in nearly 1,000 real estate transactions in 40+ states totaling approximately $900,000,000. He has dedicated himself to perfecting the skills required to accomplish the goals of his clients. Adept at assembling up-to-the-minute data, market penetration studies, competition analysis and site studies on numerous markets throughout the United States, Chad is expertly equipped to assist clients in making the right real estate decisions.
As the managing principal of Mountain West, Chad is responsible for the day to day operations and management of the company. Chad has impressed his clients and peers within the industry with a proficiency in problem solving, his ability to thrive under pressure, and his commitment to providing the highest caliber of service available. Chad has established and built relationships with well known retailers, developers, and investors throughout the United States. Chad currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salt Lake.
